Archive wiki into 2022 events list

is is possible to "archive" all the events from last year into a 2022 folder to avoid confusion with next year initiatives as most of the events and conferences are going to be the same.

Action

• Create 2022 folder
• Move all events from 2022 into such folder
• Create 2023 folder
• MOve fosdem page into that 2023 folder
