Update contents about oniro on oniroproject.org

Rationale

The landing page was created for the Oniro WG and TLP launch. Since then, the project has moved forward and several elements need to be added to our site. This task reflect those we want to include for FOSDEM 2022. Once each changed is agreed, a ticket in the oniroproject.org repo should be created. A MR even better.

Create a button to the oniro-dev mailing list. We will route all our engagement efforts at FOSDEM towards that list.

• Find out the link to the oniro-dev mailing list.
• Define the place where the button should be added.
• Create and submit the MR against the oniroproject.org repo
