Requirement: Eclipse IDE has been around for a long time. There are many modern IDEs available nowadays. Idea is to have a competitive analysis to identify gaps in Eclipse IDE. Also, Determine developer pain points of existing features.

Expected output:

• Each of these gaps from the above two need to be translated into a list of issues.
• These issues may span multiple sub-projects of Eclipse Platform
