Committer's names should be mentioned in the new & noteworthy page.

There is a link to the '63 participating projects'... great... but no mention of the committers...

I know they are mentioned in the "Who's involved" tab for each project...but this is not related to the current IDE version.

(I don't remember the page where they appear for a specific IDE release.. )

We should consider to add a link to the ' XXX participating committers'
