CI for multiarch build

I would need some help to update my CI file to support multi-architecture builds. In other words, I need this project https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse-research-labs/nemo-project/nemo-kernel/intent-based-migration-controller/ibmc-agent to compile one amd64 and one arm64 image when the CI pipeline is run. @pkriefrvi
