GPL-3.0 dependency

This component has 2 problematic dependencies:

• readline=8.1.2=h7f8727e_1
• ld_impl_linux-64=2.38=h1181459_1

Both of them are under the GPL-3.0 license.

Can you clarify the usage of these 2 libraries? Do you use them while you are developing? Do you extend them? Do you need them to run / execute your code?
