Copyright Headers

Dear all,

Since copyright headers are missing, nobody can tell who owns the copyright of this source code.

How do you want to proceed? Is copyright shared 50-50 and both of your institutions are listed as owners in every file?

Or do you want to set the copyright headers per file and name only the right copyright owner for each file?
