Sovity Community Edition EDC

Dear @ikapetanidou, I just realized that you plan to base your development on Sovity Community Edition EDC. After checking their license, most of the source code is under Elastic License 2.0, which unfortunately is not OSI approved because it doesn't fit the open source definition.

This also means that it's not compatible with the Apache-2.0 license of ENACT, so we need to find a solution. We suggest one of the following:

• You use an older version before they changed the license to Elastic License 2.0.
• You convince the authors to rollback this change and go back to Apache-2.0 only.
• You find an alternative to this dependency.
• You create your own implementation to replace it.
