[FrontEnd] Set the Date Format when creating a new artifact (file, database, DB Query)

When creating a new artifact (file, database, or DB query) via the frontend, there is no option to set the date format. Defining the date format is necessary for the quality profiling step to accurately interpret and assess date fields. We should also provide a default date format that can be used if none is specified.

Here the payload of the structuredFile as an example to see where is located the date format attribute:
