Semantic release implementation - Need User Group Token for the semantic bot
CI/CD pipeline uses semantic-release to automate versioning and CHANGELOG update. For it to push tags and create releases, the bot user running in GitLab CI requires a Token. As a user ‘datamite_bot_user’ already exists at group level, we want to use its token for this purpose in all Datamite repos.
