[Data Product] Unable to delete item error when creating a Data Product

We have been trying to create a data product from a test data and continuously getting an error. Could you give me some advice whom i should contact for data ingestion issues ?
We get this error. Actually we are not trying any complicated file, just a json with single record.
Here the JSON used:
Docker logs, you can see in the log file: Unable to execute HTTP request: Connect to 131.175.206.241:9000 [/131.175.206.241] failed: Connect timed out]
