[Infrastructure] Setup k8s as the develop environment and swarm as the staging environment

The swarm cluster will be used as the staging environment. A new k8s cluster deployed in ITI infrastructure will be used as the develop enviroment.

New domains names for the k8s cluster:

The k8s ingress needs to be configured so the domain names and subpaths redirect to the corresponding services.
