[Infrastructure] Test E-Redes CSVs profiling in the new ITI VM installation

in pilot 4, we updated the infrastructure repository to run with the most recent code. However, we encountered the same issue as before: after uploading a CSV file, neither the metrics nor the schema are displayed.
