Add query filters

Ensure that the "get all" request retrieves only personalized information for the user. For the asset log category, add a GET request to filter by asset name. For the negotiation and transfer endpoints, develop GET requests with the following filters:

• Asset ID
• Asset Name
• Consumer
• Provider
• Filter by date
