Update fields

AssetLog Endpoints:

• Remove the fields aggrementId and consumerId.

PolicyLog Endpoints:

• Remove the field consumer.

ContractLog/Negotiation Endpoint:

• Add functionality to clearly indicate whether the negotiation was successful or not.
• Add a field for the asset name.

Transfer Endpoint:

• Remove the field isDeleted.
• Add a field for the transferId.
