[Data Product] Increase the DP version when finish creating or updating.

Every time a Data Product is created or updated, its version should be incremented to maintain a history of Data Product changes.

However, it’s important to detect when no actual changes have been made, to avoid unnecessarily increasing the version.

The goal is to prevent modifications to a Data Product that has already been published.
