Add support for powerfactory files and add composite functionality

The user will be able to upload powerfactory files

Task: Develop functionality for composite data products

Description: Enable the user to import a series of datasets and perform operations on them (e.g., aggregate, delete, etc.). The final result should be a series of datasets grouped under a single data product, rather than a 1-to-1 mapping.
