De-duplicate project repository labels

This projects' labels, https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse-research-labs/datamite-project/data-sharing/brokers-eu-portals/-/labels, have some duplicated entries. For instance, Bug, Documentation, Enhancement, Work in progress, and High/High priority. Duplication is happening because labels are inherited (from the enclosing Gitlab groups, eg "Datamite Project") as well being defined by this project (repo). I would suggest keeping those inherited and delete those duplicates created in this repo context.
