Data Quality API

This API must offer methods such as:

1st iteration (Bilbao):

• KPI list: Lists the KPIs available in the KPI library. One potential parameter could be the kind of data for which the KPIs have to be retrieved (i.e., numeric, string, etc.)

• User KPIs: list the user defined rules. A potential input parameter would be the dataset ID they belong to (already implemented by TEC)

2nd iteration:

• Dimension list or specific dimension: Returns the list of dimensions or the information about a particular one.
• Categories list or specific category: Returns the list of categories or the information about a particular one.
