Governance API - DCAT model refactor
In a first version we have used the DCAT model to create the datasets as dcat:Catalog and the artifacts as dcat:Dataset. Although this would be valid according to the DCAT definitions, we believe that it would be better to use dcat:Dataset for datasets and dcat:Distribution for artifacts.
