P2: Create the Use Case's CODECO app

Description

Create a YAML of the Use Case's CODECO app.

• You can find an example Template here.
• Ensure that in your CODECO app there are two services. In the example, the services are the front-end and the backend.
• In case you need to add metrics to Prometheus, you can follow the related guide in the README as well.

Fill the following checklist as well

• Is the app software ready?
• Is it based on 2 microservices?
• Include your LICENCE in the corresponding repo.
• Is the code uploaded in ECL repo?
• Are the app's images uploaded in the CODECO Dockerhub?
• The CODECO Application YAML for the Use Case is ready.
• Add Demo scripts in your README files.
