[PDLC-DP] Remove copy models Code

Description

Currently PDLC-DP is copying the models of GNNs & RL in the shared volume. This should be done from the PDLC-GNNs & PDLC-RL subcomponent in order for DP to not need updates when GNN & RL are being updated.

• Merge not Coping GNN Models image into PDLC-DP and PDLC-Deployment.
• Merge not Copying RL Models image into PDLC-DP and PDLC-Deployment.
