License and Copyright headers

We have seen you authored some code under this repo some months ago.

• In case this repo should be removed, please let me know and I will proceed to delete it.
• Otherwise, could you please add the corresponding license here? You would need to add the corresponding copyright headers to the files in the repo as well, mentioning UPRC, as you have accurately done in other repos.
