Revision of CRDs (NetMA, ACM, MDM)

The codeco-applicationmodel-crd.yaml is a proposal for the CODECO Application Model which represents requirements passed by the user DEV during the deployment of an application, and is operated by ACM. the yaml file is visible to all CODECO components
