Deleting CodecoApp CR doesn’t delete SWM CR as well

As an ACM user, I would expect any changes to the CodecoApp CR to be reflected by ACM in the infrastructure. However, when I delete the CodecoApp CR, ACM doesn't delete the SWM CR (applications.qos-scheduler.siemens.com/acm-swm-app). Therefore, the actual pods specified in the CodecoApp CR are also not deleted. ACM should make sure that the SWM CR and the CodecoApp CR are always in sync.
