Update web content to remove "Working Group"

There are a number of content updates that need to be made now that openMobility is not a working group.

@cguindon I know this is now an Interest Group, but since we are transitioning can your team still handle these changes?

Yes, we can make some tweaks to the site to help with the transition. However, I think your document is not complete. You are still using the word WG in the jumbotron.

Are you seeing the track changes? I copied the original text over and used track changes to make it easy to see what needs to change.

I see it now that you gave me comment access to the document!

@oliviergoulet Can we move "More" from the menu?

Is there anything we can to have the member logos look more of the same size or at least one not higher than the other. AVL looks way off to me (whitespace padding perhaps)?

The logo itself does indeed have whitespace padding as you can see here: https://membership.eclipse.org/organization/images/1352-web.png

AVL or someone with the correct permissions would need to update their logo with a cropped version through the portal.

It seems Charter is still a menu item under Interest Group tab. Interest Groups do not have charters not even the archived charter openMobility had when it was a formal WG.

Can we please remove/hide that link from the tab.
