Members page update - switch to use API to display them

We are updating all our working groups member page to use our new API for displaying them using our new default template. The main benefit is that we don't need to manually update our website and the info will always be up-to-date (logos and description), plus, our members can manage it by themselves via our Member Portal website.

After the update, there will be 2 major changes:

• The URL linked to the members' logos will be changed to members' profile page on eclipse.org, such as: https://www.eclipse.org/membership/showMember.php?member_id=979 , previously, it will take user to a page on openmobility.

• The members page will use the default template to display our members, same as the eclipser.org members page.
